“Yoga is not to

be performed;

it is to be lived.

yoga doesn’t

care what you

have been; it

cares about the

person you are

becoming”

Aadil palkhivala

I love to share yoga that is based in vinyasa and that loosely draws on my dance background to flow and find freedom in the body.  I believe that yoga should be for every body and attainable to all.

As well as completing my 200 hour training (RYT-200) with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center, I have trained in Pre-Natal (RPYT), Chair, and Restorative Yoga, as well as a foundation in Ayurveda.  I am a member of Yoga Alliance.

I have additionally studied through the Embody Lab in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and completed a sacred facilitator training with Global Sisterhood who specialise in women’s circles.

A library of sessions is currently in development so that you’ll have a variety to choose from.

This is offered to guide you through your practice as and when it’s convenient to you.

These will range in duration from 5 to 75 minutes.

I’ll suggest modifications that should be suitable for most people, but always listen to your own body first, and if you have any concerns, seek advice.

Sign up to the mailing list if you’d like to know when this is ready to access, and I’ll be happy to share the collection, to which I’ll continue adding new videos.

While the current focus is the upcoming retreat in Almeria this June/July, as well as a growing library of yoga to follow online, there may also be the opportunity to join the occasional in person session or one day event in the UK and Spain. Please sign up to be kept in touch

one day retreat at Ikshana Yoga Studio, London, December 2022

including Kambo, Yoga, Somatics & Body Mapping, and a Bobinsana & Blue Lotus ceremony collaboration with Shamanic Heartspace

(This) was my first experience of yoga in a group setting and I was a little apprehensive.

Rebecca had a beautiful way of holding the group and guided us through in a gentle and skillful way, getting the perfect balance between introducing new skills to support our growth but always in a comfortable and supported way.

I’d highly recommend Rebecca’s sessions!

Rebecca was very patient to my limitations of movement and offered ways to increase my mobility.

She modelled alternative suggestions to approach the postures, including props or an adaptation to keep the flow of movement fluid, with a reassuring and calm nature.

Although at first I felt self conscious with some of the breathing techniques, Rebecca helped me to feel relaxed and confident

I have the pleasure of doing some yoga sessions with Rebecca and I can’t recommend her enough!

She adapts to your needs and level, and really makes you feel at home.

You’ll feel her love throughout each session and if you’re lucky enough, she might even serenade you at the end!
