accompanying people to their truth

The framework for mote of dust is intrinsically born out of exploring the essence of what feels important at all stages of life and death.  This has expanded from the original focus of making documentaries - which remains close to my heart - to offering experiences which can support healing and empowerment, drawing on a range of modalities that inform each other.

about

Originally from the UK, I followed my heart to move to Spain in 2020.  Initially I spent time living and working in a community in the Alpujarra mountains, which centres around permaculture, nutrition and healing work with plant medicines, where I led yoga and held space in ceremonies, circles, and retreats.  I’ve since worked at other retreat centres including holding yoga and ceremonies at Suryalila retreat centre (best yoga retreat 2023, omyoga).  I’m currently nomadic but based in Spain.  I enjoy dance, singing, and playing around on the ukelele, shruti box, and drum.

I feel passionate about bringing an element of ritual into daily life, and being a kind of bridge to help people to connect more with their true essence and purpose, in a way that is accessible, empowering, and as and when someone feels ready to go more deeply.  I like to think of it as ‘accompanying people to their truth.’
